41.3 UNEXPECTED SIZE IN TRAY

This is typically caused if two or more sheets
stick together in the product or if the tray is
not properly adjusted. 1. Reload the tray with the correct paper
size.
2. Make sure the paper size that is
specified in the software program, the
printer driver, and the control panel are
all the same.
3. Press OK to scroll to TRAY XX SIZE=.
Reconfigure the size in a tray so that the
product will use a tray that contains the
size required for the print job.
4. If the error does not clear, turn the
product off and then on.
5. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

1. Turn the product off, leave it off for
20 minutes, and then turn it on.
2. If you can isolate the cause of the error
to an external influence, try to resolve
the problem by repairing the external
component.
3. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.
