Browser Issues

You may experience some browser problems with different versions of Microsoft
Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. Following are some tips on how to
handle common browser issues. Common browser problems you may see are:

Unsupported browsers.

Poor user interface resolution.

Browser window closures.

Application’s launch display not closed.

Supported Browser Matrix

The following table lists the Host operating systems and browsers that are
supported on Storage Provisioner V1.1. The table also lists the Java Runtime
Environment (JRE) that must be used for each operating system.

Poor User Interface Resolution

Most browser applications open with a default setting that provides clear
resolution on the screen. However, for older versions of Microsoft Internet
Explorer, such as 5.01 with SP1, the default setting may not be clear enough. To
resolve this issue:

1. From the Start menu, click Settings > Control Panel.
