Modifying Customer Volumes
To modify customer volume information:
1. In the Storage Utilities tab, select a customer volume listed in the Customers
and LUNs Navigation pane.
2. Click Modify on the toolbar.
A window opens where you can modify the volume information.

3. Select either the Reserve Space for Copy or Unmanage check boxes.
■ Reserve Space For Copy – Informs Storage Provisioner that extra space
is needed for this volume. When Reserve Space For copy is selected,
Storage Provisioner reserves an equal amount of storage for use during a
snapshot or cloning. Reserve Space for Copy is automatically checked
when a volume is created with a service level that has snapshot or clone
selected.
■ Unmanage – Informs Storage Provisioner that this volume is no longer
required for management. When you select the Unmanage option, Storage
Provisioner moves this volume to the Unmanaged Volumes group.
