Viewing Customer Groups
To view customer group information:
1. In the Storage Utilities tab, select a customer group displayed in the
Navigation pane.
A customer group is identified by the following icon:
The Content pane displays details about that customer group.
The Customer Group view displays the number of customers associated with that
group.
Creating Customer Groups
To create a customer group:
1. In the Storage Utilities tab, click Group for customers, , on the toolbar.
A window opens to step you through the process to add a customer group.
2. Enter the customer group name.
3. Click Finish.
When you click Finish, the new customer group displays in the Navigation pane.
You can now place customers within the new customer group.
Modifying Customer Groups
To modify an existing customer group:
1. In the Storage Utilities tab, select a customer group listed in the Navigation
pane.
2. Click Modify on the toolbar.
A window opens to step you through the process.
3. Change the name of the selected customer group.
4. Click Finish.
The modifications are complete.
