Viewing Service Levels

When you first select the Service Level tab, the Navigation and Content panes
automatically change to display the currently defined service levels. If service
levels are not defined, then the Navigation pane contains no data. In this case the
Create button is active.

When you select a service level from the Navigation pane, the Content pane
changes to display information about that service level. This information includes:

Service Name – Defined name for service level.

Description – A short description of the service level.

Storage System – Type of storage system included in the service level;
choices are HSG80 or HSV110.

RAID Level – Name of the RAID level

— HSG80 storage systems choices – JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 3/5, or

RAID 0+1

— HSV110 storage systems choices – VRAID 0, VRAID 1, or VRAID 5.

Copy Option – Defined option for your service.

— HSG80 storage systems choices – None, Clone, or Snapshot.

— HSV110 storage systems choices – None, Standard Snapshot, Virtually

Capacity-Free Snapshot, or Instantaneous Snapclone.

Backup – Option that you determine for your service; choices are Yes or No.

Price (per GB) – Price per GB in dollars.

Existing Volumes – Number of volumes that are defined with this service
level.
