The Billing History Report displays.

The Billing History Report contains the following information:

Title – Name of report (Billing History Report) with defined date range; if
dates are not specified, the report displays all data.

Group – Name of the group.

Customer – Label that represents that customer.

Service Level – Defined service level for volume.

Unit – Logical Unit Number of volume.

Storage Utility – Name of the storage utility.

Volume Name – The unit number and the customer-assigned name.

Size (GB) – Volume size in GBs.

Created – Creation date of the volume.

Deleted – Date the volume was deleted.

Days – Number of days that the volume has been active for the customer.

Cost – Dollar amount per gigabyte.

About Exporting Data

Storage Provisioner provides the capability for you to export the Current Usage
report, Volume Usage report, or a diagnostic log. You specify a folder on your
system to hold the exported data file. The data is saved in plain text format,
delimited by commas. Then you can use a spreadsheet program to format, display,
or print the report.

Note:

Before you can export report data, the

java.policy

file must be modified. If you

modified your java.policy file during installation of Storage Provisioner, then you do not

need to repeat the procedure. See

“Modifying the java.policy” on page 88
