You can perform all BC Z operations, with the following exceptions, in the intermediate site,
irrespective of Cnt Ac-S Z pair status. The Cnt Ac-J Z delta resync pair’s status must be HOLD or
HLDE:
•
You can perform Reverse Copy only when the Cnt Ac-S Z and Cnt Ac-J Z pair status is
Suspended.
•
You cannot perform the Quick Restore.
External Storage
If you use BC Z with Ext Stor, you can create pairs to use the external volumes.
