Add new definitions when the current setting is blank and has not yet been specified.

Delete the unused function tags from the spreadsheet. Delete them by removing them from the
new configuration definition area of the spreadsheet.

NOTE:

The function tags that remain in the spreadsheet with existing definitions are deleted

from the spreadsheet when you import the spreadsheet.

Use this procedure to edit CFL-based spreadsheets in LUNM. You edit the spreadsheet by adding,
changing, and deleting the parameter definitions in the new configuration definition area of the
spreadsheet.
1.

Launch a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel, and open the exported spreadsheet.

2.

Do the following:

Change the variables to values appropriate for your storage system deployment.

Use the spreadsheet format to edit the configuration settings. For more information about
CFL-based spreadsheet formats, see

Change the function tags and command device settings:

Change port settings. For more information about changing port settings, see

Change [HostGroup] function tag settings. For more information about configuring
host groups, see

Change [WWN] function tag settings. For more information about configuring WWN
information, see

Save your changes.

Changing port settings

You set port information and change the security switch (LUN security) between Enable (ON) and
Disable (OFF) by editing the [Port] function tag parameter. You cannot add or delete this function
tag.

The following table lists the available definitions for the [Port] function tag.
