Mapping external volumes with multiple LDEVs

Use the ExternalStorage_AddVolumeSetting_def_.spd spreadsheet template to map
external volumes to the storage system. With this template you can create multiple LDEVs in an
external volume.

Use the AddVolumeSetting tag to specify LDEV capacity in blocks, which results in an LDEV
with a specified capacity. For example, use the AddVolumeSetting tag to create a pair.
