4) Repeat the Calibrate Wheel Home operation several times until you see the same number three
times in a row. If the number continues to change after 10 tests, report the unit’s failure to calibrate.
5) Check that the value below Calibrate Wheel Home is between 4 and 10. If the value is not in that
range, report the unit’s failure to calibrate within the acceptable range.
6) After successfully calibrating, press the Save button to save the new embosser wheel center value.
7) Press the OK button to dismiss the popup window confirming it has been saved.
8) Open the top access door and inspect the embosser tine position to make sure the currently selected
tine is centered in the embosser bridge opening.
9) Press the Status button to return to the Status page.
