Connecting a Floppy Disk Drive
You can connect a floppy disk drive (not supplied) to a USB port on your
computer, port replicator, or docking station.
To connect a floppy disk drive

Before connecting this drive, close any active applications to help prevent
data loss.

Plug the USB connector into the USB port. The logo on the floppy disk
drive should face upward.

You do not need to shut down your computer before connecting or disconnecting a
floppy disk drive.
