3 In the Hardware devices box, select Y-E Data USB Floppy, and click Stop.
The Stop a Hardware device window appears.
4 Make sure Y-E Data USB Floppy is selected, and click OK. A message
appears stating it is safe to remove the hardware.
5 Unplug the floppy disk drive from the computer, port replicator, or docking
station.

❑ Fold the floppy disk drive cable and connector into the side compartment on
the floppy disk drive.

❑ Do not open the shutter manually and touch the surface of the floppy disk.
❑ Keep floppy disks away from magnets.
