8.3 PID auto-tuning of this controller

In order to decide each value of P, I, D and ARW automatically, this system
gives the fluctuation to the controlling object by force.

(1) When the difference between setting value and processing temperature
is large when the temperature rises.

Fluctuation is given at the temperature 1.5 % of scaling span less than the setting value.

(2) When the control is stable or when control temperature is within ±1.5 %
of scaling span.

Fluctuation is given at the setting value.

(3) When the control temperature is 1.5 % or greater of scaling span higher
than the setting value.

Fluctuation is given at the temperature 1.5 % of scaling span higher than the setting value.
