P2 MAIN RELIEF VALVE. Pressure gauge at the MP2
port. Locate the Platform level up relief valve located on
the top of the manifold, right above port 4. Loosen the
jam nut and screw the adjustment clockwise, until it
bottoms out. Activate level up to the end of stroke and
hold. Adjust the P2 Main relief valve to 2500 PSI. Using a
¾” wrench and a ¼” allen wrench, turn clockwise to
increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease.

PLATFORM LEVEL UP RELIEF VALVE. Pressure gauge at
the M4 gauge port. Activate level up to the end of
stroke. The gauge should read 2200 psi. The level up
relief valve is located right above port 4 on the top sur-
face. Using a ¾” wrench and a ¼” allen wrench, turn
clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to
decrease.

PLATFORM LEVEL DOWN RELIEF. Pressure gauge at
the M3 gauge port. Activate level down to the end of
stroke. The gauge should read 1800 PSI. The Level relief
valve is located right above port 3 on the top surface.
Using a ¾” wrench and a ¼” allen wrench, turn clock-
wise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease.

7.

SWING RELIEF VALVE. Pressure gauge at the MP2 port.
The swing relief valve is the center relief valve located on
the top surface of the manifold. Swing right to the turn-
table stop and hold. The gauge should read 1650 PSI.
Checking swing left, the pressure will be 0-50 PSI lower.
Using a ¾” wrench and a ¼” allen wrench, turn clock-
wise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease.
