To Charge Batteries

1. Park machine in a well ventilated area near an AC voltage

electrical wall outlet.

2. Check the AC voltage selector switch on front of the battery

charger (see Battery Charger Front Panel illustration) is set to
correct local AC voltage - 120V or 240V.

NOTE:

To maxumize battery life, it is reccommended the batteries
be charged continuously for a minimum of four (4) hours
when drained to Warning Levels 2 and 3, See Warning
Level Chart on previous page.

Battery Charger Status Indicators

The battery charging status LED indicators are located next to the
charger AC input receptacle on the rear bumper of the machine.
This LED indicator set is wired directly to the battery charger and
indicates current charging status.

When first plugged in, the charger runs through a self-diagnostic
test, lighting the LEDs in sequence, then the charging cycle will
begin.
