3.10 PLATFORM FUNCTION ENABLE FOOT
SWITCH
IMPORTANT
DO NOT REST FOOT ON THE ENABLE FOOT SWITCH DURING MACHINE
POWER UP, OPERATING ANY CONTROLS DURING MACHINE POWER
UP OTHER THAN THE POWER ON/OFF KEY SWITCH OR RESETTING
THE E-STOP/SHUT DOWN SWITCHES WILL CAUSE THE MACHINE TO
DISPLAY AN ERROR.
Platform Function
Enable Foot
Switch
1. Foot Switch
Place your foot on
the switch, press
down and hold
while operating any
joystick function.
Note:
The foot switch
must be pressed
and held simulta-
neously with the
joystick enable
lever in order to
operate any joystick
functions.
