Table Limit Switch (TLS) Installation Instructions

WARNING:

Moving Conveyor Parts may cause INJURY OR DEATH.

Keep hands and clothing clear of the conveyor when the

conveyor is moving.

USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN THE CONVEYOR
IS MOVING.

Section 7: Testing the Table Limit Switch (TLS) Operation.

1. Reconnect power to the dishwasher at the main service disconnect switch.

2. Turn the dishwasher power switch ON. The dishwasher will fill with water.

3. Press the Start push button switch. The conveyor will run.

4. Insert a dish rack into the dishwasher.

5. When the first rack exits the machine, slide the rack towards the end of the dish table

until it activates the TLS rod.

6. The dishwasher conveyor should stop BEFORE the TLS rod reaches the end of its travel in the

7/8" hole.

7. Readjust the TLS rod position until the switch operates as described step 6 above. The positioning

is a trial-and-error adjustment.

8. Insert 4 dish racks into the dishwasher and check the operation of the TLS. The conveyor should

stop whenever the TLS is activated. The dishwasher conveyor should restart when the TLS is
deactivated.

9. If the TLS is adjusted correctly and the dishwasher conveyor does not stop, then check the TLS

circuit, correct any problems and re-test the TLS operation.
