Cam drive control with the aid of a virtual time axis

Precondition: the libraries DriveBasic.lib and SM_PLCopen.lib are incorporated.
The following example shows how a periodic cam can be implemented on a linear drive. It
also demonstrates the tappet function.
1. First create any periodic cam in the "PLC Designer" cam editor. This cam must refer to a
master axis covering a range from 0 to 10 seconds and contain at least one inverted
tappet with ID1.
2. A linear drive named "Drive" is defined in the Drive Interface (PLC configuration):
