Using cams
StartMode : absolute/relative/ramp_in/ramp_in_pos/ramp_in_neg
"Relative" means that when a cam is started it will be shifted by the current slave position.
This only makes sense if the slave setpoint position according to the cam is at the start
point 0, otherwise a jump will occur.
"Absolute" means that the cam is evaluated independently of the current slave position. If
the slave is in a position other than that resulting from the cam and the current master
position, a jump will occur.
The "ramp_in" option compensates potential jumps at the start of a cam by executing a
compensating movement (according to the set limitations VelocityDiff, Acceleration,
Deceleration). In this context, "ramp_in_pos" (as long as it is a rotary slave) will only
compensate in a positive direction and "ramp_in_neg" in a negative direction. For linear
slaves the compensation direction is generated automatically, i.e."ramp_in_pos" and
"ramp_in_neg" are treated like "ramp_in".
