FLEXlm Licensing Error
If you get a licensing error on startup, a probable cause is that the FLEXlm
License Manager is not set to start at power up.
To correct this, go to the Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel) and
double-click the FLEXlm License Manager icon.
