Aufsatz

Montage :
Siehe beiliegende Anleitung.
Elastische Rührwelle
- Elastische Rührwelle verwenden, wenn das Saatgut
schlecht ausläuft (z. B. Landraygras)
Montage :
- Gummischutz gemäß Plan um Rührfinger wickeln.
- Auf Drehrichtung achten.
Ablagemodulation
1 ᇗ Raststift in Position 3 bringen um:
- den Gelenkarm fest zu stellen (Sicherheitsstellung).
- die Kurbel in die Position minimaler Ablagedruck
einzustellen.
2 ᇗ Bei Schlepperstillstand Raststift in die gewünschte
Position bringen.
- Sichergehen, dass sich niemand im
Maschinenbereich befindet, bevor Sie an der
Hydraulik arbeiten.
3 ᇗ Der Raststift kann in die Abstellaufnahme gesteckt
werden.
Mit dieser Position ist die Modulation über den
gesamten Ablagebereich möglich.
Anmerkung
Der maximale Ablagedruck kann über den maximalen
Zylinderhub (mechanischer Anschlag) bestimmt werden.
Der minimale Ablagedruck ergibt sich aus dem Kurbelhub.

Seed box extension
An extension is available for the seed drill.
Assembly :
instructions attached.
Rubber agitator
- Use the rubber agitator in cases where the seed flows
poorly (e.g. farm rye-grass).
Fitting :
- Take the rubber flap and wind it round the agitator
finger as shown.
- Beware of the direction of rotation.
Adjusting the depth control
1 ᇗ Put the pin in position 3 to:
- Lock the hinge arm (safety position).
- To put the crank in the minimum depth position.
2 ᇗ When the tractor is stationary, put the pin in the
required position.
- Check that there is nobody near the drill before
operating the hydraulics.
3 ᇗ The pin can be put away in its storage position.
The system can now be adjusted across the whole of
the depth range.
NB :
The ram stroke limit may determine the maximum depth
pressure (mechanical stop).
The crank stroke will provide the minimum pressure.

Une réhausse est disponible pour le Semoir.
Montage :
Voir notice jointe.
Agitateur souple
- Utiliser l’agitateur souple dans le cas ou la semence a un
très mauvais écoulement.
Exemple : Ray Grass de ferme
Montage :
- Prendre la bavette caoutchouc et l’enrouler autour du
doigt d’agitateur suivant le schéma.
- Attention au sens de rotation.
Modulation de terrage
1 ᇗ Mettre la broche à la position 3 pour :
- Verrouiller le bras articulé (position sécurité).
- Pour régler à la manivelle sa position de terrage
mini.
2 ᇗ Tracteur à l’arrêt, mettre la broche à la position
désirée.
- Vérifier qu’il n’y ait personne autour du semoir
avant d’agir sur l’hydraulique.
3 ᇗ La broche peut être mise dans son logement de
remisage.
Cette position permet de moduler sur toute la plage
de terrage.
Remarque
La pression maximum de terrage peut se déterminer par la
course maximum du vérin (butée mécanique).
La pression mini sera donnée par la course de la manivelle.
