4. Key in this command:
>NET USE T: \\PLX1\C$ /user:ps_user<
(where PLX1 is the R400.0 Server name)
and press Enter.
5. Open Windows NT Explorer and confirm that the T: drive exists.
For a Redundant Server Pair
1. Logon to the old R320.0 SERVERB as plx_user.
Use the following procedure to map a drive to the new R400.0
Backup Server.
2. Click Start
⇒
Run.
3. Key in this command in the Open entry field:
>cmd<
and click OK to open the DOS window.
4. Key in this command:
>NET USE T: \\PLX1B\C$ /user:ps_user<
(where PLX1B is the name of the R400.0 Backup Server)
and press Enter.
5. Open Windows NT Explorer and confirm that the T: drive exists.
6. Logon to the old R320.0 SERVERA as plx_user.
Use the following procedure to map a drive to the new R400.0
Primary Server.
7. Click Start
⇒
Run.
8. Key in this command in the Open entry field:
>cmd<
and click OK to open the DOS window.
