A = ASCII

File number: 3 – 999 decimal
For direct driver communication, binary, integer,
and floating point file types use the default file
number if the file number is absent. The default
numbers are 3 (binary), 7 (integer), and
8 (floating point).

bb
(optional)
Bit offset within word: 0 – 15 decimal
Not applicable to floating point file types.
Example of bit address: B3:173/15
Example of word address: N7:12
