Deleting a folder
1. Select one or more folders in the hierarchy.
2. Click Delete Folder on the Edit menu or click the Delete Folder
button on the toolbar.
Using the spreadsheet
Use the spreadsheet to view tags. Use the query box or folder
hierarchy to select the tags you want to view.
Moving through the spreadsheet
To scroll through the spreadsheet rows, do one of the following:
use the Prev or Next buttons in the form area
use the up arrow and down arrow keys
use the scroll bars on the spreadsheet
To select a row, click anywhere in the row or click the row number.
Resizing columns and rows
To resize a column or row:
1. Place the cursor over the division between the column or row, in
the top or side border, until it changes to a double arrow.
2. Drag the column or row to the required size.
