8.3.11 Edit / Save Protocol
In order to edit the test protocols of individual tests, left-click on the desired individual data record from
the test data list in the left window. If you would like to select several successive data records, left-click
on the first and the last data record, while holding down the Shift key. All selected data records are
highlighted blue and activated for editing.
If you would like to select several data records that do not appear next to each other in the list, left-click on
the desired data records while holding down the Ctrl key. All selected data records are highlighted blue and
activated for editing.
To enable editing of the selected data records, right-click and select ‘EDIT’ from the menu. All data records
selected for editing will be marked with a pen symbol in front of each respective data record. Select any
data record marked with the pen symbol and edit the blank fields of the individual data record by
entering site-specific data, including the required Evd value. Your entered data will automatically be
copied into all data records selected for editing.
Exempt from this automatic copy are the fields ‘LOCATION TESTING POINT’ and ‘COMMENTS’. These
may be edited separately for each individual data record. If the data input function of the testing computer
has been used at the start of the respective test, the field ‘COMMENTS’ will contain the data entered from
the testing computer. Further comments can be added to this field.
In the field ‘LOCATION TESTING POINT’, data can be entered manually. If the data record is selected for
statistical analysis, the entered data will be applied to the analysis, and will not have to be entered again.
The data records to be edited must be selected by left-click; they will then be highlighted blue.
