Searching for Data on other Documents
The following functions enable you to search through documents already processed
for a specific document or value.
X
To search for a particular document in the batch by viewing the data
captured for each document,
select Search (CTRL+F).
The Search Batch dialog is displayed with the current document highlighted. The
current field is listed first after the document number.
X
To search for a value in this field on other documents,
enter the value in the
search value box and press Enter.
The document highlight will move to the first previous document where this value
occurs.
X
To move to the selected document,
press Enter again.
X
To repeat the search,
press F1.
