List Fields
List fields are used to capture data which can take one of a number of values.
There are two ways of selecting values from list fields. The quickest way is to type
the value into the field. You only need to type enough characters to uniquely identify
a single value. For example, to select ‘JANUARY’ rather than ‘JUNE’, you only need
to type ‘JAN’. The rest of the value is selected automatically.

The second way to select from a list field is to drop the list and then use the up and
down arrow keys to highlight a value and press Enter to select the value. To drop the
list, you can either press ALT+down arrow or click on the drop button at the right-
hand side of the field.

Table Fields
Table fields are used to capture any data that has a tabular format.
