User’s Guide

Reviewing the Batch

Once the last problem in a batch has been fixed, a prompt will display to close the
batch. It is possible to stay in the batch by selecting No. The batch can then be
browsed before being manually closed by selecting Session | Close Batch.

Reviewing the batch may be quicker when all documents are displayed sorted by
type. To display this view, press Escape. The currently selected page/document will
remain selected in the new view. It is not possible to make any changes when sort by
type is on, but it is very quick to browse types and use the toggle functionality (press
Escape) to return to the main view with the current page or document selected.

Closing the Batch

Closing the Batch Automatically

Once all problems have been fixed, you will be prompted to close the batch. To
remain in the batch, select No (use the right arrow key and press Enter or press
Alt+N).

Closing the Batch Manually

To close the batch manually, select Session | Close Batch. If any problems remain, a
warning will display which will allow you to suspend the batch and either save or
discard the changes made so far. See

Suspending the Batch

for more information.

If the module is in Wait for any Batch mode and you do not want to open any further
batches, select Session | Close Batch and then click Stop Waiting.

Suspending the Batch

Suspending the batch allows the current state of the batch to be stored and the batch
closed. It can then be resumed at a later time, using the normal batch retrieval
behavior.
