The rescan dialog displays a list of pre-configured rescan reasons. You can select one
or more of these to be displayed to the rescan or Quality Control operator as an
explanation. You can also enter any other message in the other reason box.

To mark the current document and move to the next document,
select the
rescan and continue keying option.

To mark the current document and all of the remaining documents with the
same reasons,
select the rescan and abort option.
X
To unmark a document previously marked for rescan,
select Remove
Rescan/Reject Flag (CTRL+U).
Deleting Documents

To mark a document to be deleted from the batch,
select Delete Document.
The document is not deleted immediately.
Marking Documents with Comments for Verification User

To enter a message against a document,
which is displayed to the
Verification user before they start work on the document, select Set Message.
Closing Batches
When the last document in a batch has been processed, the following window is
automatically displayed (depending on your configuration).

Suspending a Batch
To stop working on a batch which is not complete, use either of the following
functions.
