Menu Item Description
Previous Field (Shift+Tab or Up Arrow) Releases the current field and moves to the
previous field on the template.
First Field (Home) Releases the current field and moves to the
first field on the template.
Last Field (End) Releases the current field and moves to the
last field on the template.
Jump To Field (Ctrl+D) Releases the current field and moves to a
specified field.
Next Page (PgDn) Releases the current field and moves to the
next tab on the template.
Previous Page (PgUp) Releases the current field and moves to the
previous tab on the template.

Menu Item Description
Change Document Type (F9) Changes the document type assigned to the
current document.
Next Document (F12) Releases the current document and moves
to the next document which requires
attention.
Previous Document (Shift+F12) Releases the current field and moves to the
previous document in the batch.
Jump To Document (Ctrl+J) Releases the current field and jumps to a
specific document.
Return To Last Location (Ctrl+W) After moving back to an earlier document,
returns immediately to the highest
document in the batch which has been
processed.
Search (Ctrl+F) Searches for a particular document in the
batch by viewing the data captured for each
