DIGITAL TEMPERATURE SENSORS
Sensor Description: These Digital Temperature Sensors use a highly-sensitive digital probe to accurately
measure temperature at various locations. A dual temperature sensor harness is included to measure in 2
locations. The Sentry Data Logger Pro (#
2010 ) includes 4 additional temperature sensors and an expansion
board. All the Digital Temperature Sensors have a unique ID (1 – 6) as noted on the white label on the sensor
(see images shown below).
Measurement Range: 0-140°C (0-284°F)
Accuracy: ±2°C
Plugs Into: The 4-pin connector plugs into the Digital Temperature Slot (DT) in the Novak
Sentry Data Logger unit with the black wire toward the outside/left edge of the case.

Installation Instructions (refer to images shown below):
 Place the sensor so that the surface mount (bumpy side) parts are in contact with the object you wish to
monitor the temperature.
A. Battery Temperature – Place the
sensor under the battery tape or
strap.
B. Motor Temperature – Place the
sensor on endbell using
enclosed tie wrap.

WARNING! Do not plug in this sensor backwards! Plugging in the digital temperature sensor backwards
will cause damage to your Novak Sentry Data Logger and void the product warranty .
