ACCELERATION (G-FORCE) SENSOR
Sensor Description: A unique feature of the Novak Sentry Data Logger is the
built-in 2-Axis Accelerometer that accurately measures G-force. The placement
in the vehicle is critical for proper measurement of acceleration.
Measurement Range: -5 to 5 G
Resolution: 0.005 G

Installation Instructions (refer to image shown right):
 Mount the Sentry Data Logger with the included mounting tape. The
Mounting Bracket can also be used. This bracket securely holds the
sensor connectors.
 Be sure to mount the unit so that the X and Y directions (noted on the
case top) are accurate because this is how the G-force values are
displayed in the software.
WARNING! If the unit is mounted on an angle from the vehicle’s centerline, the acceleration reading will not
be accurate.
