Designates number in field of as percent
of maximum heat rate

ALARM

Alarm is active when displayed

ABOVE/BELOW
ZONE

Indicates heart rate above or below
selected training zone

CHRONOGRAPH
STOPPED

Displays when Chronograph is stopped

COUNTDOWN
TIMER

Indicates Countdown Timer mode

KCAL MODE

Indicates KCAL/Fat Burn mode

ALARM MODE

Indicates Alarm mode
