IPS Empress products
Universally applicable products of the
IPS Empress System, such as IPS Empress
Universal Shades/Stains and Glaze and
IPS Empress die materials, feature a
yellow/light-blue label. These products
may be used for
– IPS Empress staining technique
– IPS Empress layering technique
– IPS Empress 2 layering technique
and for the IPS Empress 2/IPS Eris for E2
layering technique.
To make distinction easier, the containers of
Universal Shades/Stains/Glaze and the
IPS Empress Universal Glaze and Stain liquid
are equipped with yellow lids.
The IPS Empress Universal
Shade labels feature a
salmon-coloured bar to
indicate the coordination
with the dentin materials.
