Trunk ID: The trunk group ID
Trunk Name: The trunk group name
Gateway IP: The gateway IP address
Total Call: The total call attempt during the period
Connect Call: The total connected call for this period. It can only
show the last hour statistic, not current.
Ringing Call: The number of calls which have ring.
ASR: The average success rate (Connect Call/Total call)
MHT: Mean Hold Time (average talk time for each call)
PDD: Post Dial Delay (the delay after dialing the number till
receive ring back)
