Parameter Description:
Reseller ID: The reseller ID
Reseller Name: The reseller name
Billing Mode: The reseller’s billing mode
Num of Calls: The total of calls
Duration (sec): The total talk time in seconds
Charge Amount: The charged amount to the reseller.
With Tax: The VAT rate
VAT: The value-added tax added for this reseller
Amount Due: The total amount for this statement.
