Step 5: Prepare the Camera for Installation
1. Remove the metal cap covering the bottom cable hole of the camera, and attach the cap to
the side cable hole to close it.
NOTE: Make sure the cap is secured tightly by using tools (like coin) to tighten the cap.
2. Loosen the three (3) screws securing the dome cover.
3. Carefully lift to open the dome cover and place it on the side of the camera.
NOTE: Do not abruptly lift the dome cover; it is attached to the camera with a spring wire.
TIP: You may remove the dome cover for convenience until all installations are complete.

4. If necessary, insert a memory card (not supplied) into the card slot of the camera (select
models only).
