Stamp Printing Troubleshooting
Symptom Cause and Required Action
Stamp printing
won’t start.
●
The computer’s USB port may not be enabled.
Make sure USB cable is connected correctly.
Also, perform one of the procedures below
(depending on your operating system) to check your
computer’s USB port status.
Windows 8:
Log in to the computer with an admin account and
then perform the steps below.
1. On your computer desktop, display the charm
bar and then click Setting.
2. On the Setting charm that appears, click
Control Panel.
3. On the Control Panel screen that appears,
click Hardware and Sound and then Device
Manager.
4. Expand the Universal Serial bus Controllers
list.
Windows 7, Windows Vista:
Log in to the computer with an admin account and
then perform the steps below.
1. Click Start and then Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound and then Device
Manager.
3. Click the plus (+) icon next to Universal Serial
bus Controllers.
