Using the Operation Panel

Security Level (Security Level setting)

Security Level

is primarily a menu used by service personnel for

maintenance work. There is no need for customers to use this menu.

Thin Print (Thin Print setting)

Select whether or not to use ThinPrint.

After entering the administrator ID and password, press U or V

repeatedly until >ThinPrint > appears.

Press

[OK]. A blinking question mark (?) appears.

Select On or Off using U or V.

Press

[OK].

Press

[MENU]. The display returns to Ready.

Thin Print over SSL (Thin Print over SSL setting)

Select whether or not to use ThinPrintOverSSL.
SSL must be set to [On] in SSL Server (SSL Server setting) on page 4-66.

Press Z while >ThinPrint On > is displayed. >>ThinPrint
over SSL

appears.

Press

[OK]. A blinking question mark (?) appears.

Select On or Off using U or V.

[OK].

[MENU]. The display returns to Ready.

Note Thin Print is only supported in Europe (option).
