An error has occurred. Turn the scanner off and then
back on again. If the error continues, contact Epson for
support.

Error

light is flashing

The firmware update has failed and the scanner is in
recovery mode. Try updating the firmware again. If the
error continues, contact Epson for support.

Wake Up/Sleep

light is on

The scanner is in sleep mode; press the

Wake

Up/Sleep

button to wake it up

All lights are off

The scanner is turned off
