ex. Print the following character data with the segment length set to 50mm, “Left” set for the
character alignment, and a margin of 5mm.

Press [Length/Margin].
The Set length display appears. •

Press [ ◄ ] or [ ► ] to select “2:Specify”, and then press Specify
[Enter].
The segment length input display appears.
Segment length can be set from 8 to 150 mm.

Enter “50” for the segment length, and press [Enter].
The character alignment selection display appears. •

Press [ ◄ ] or [ ► ] to select “1:Left”, and then Press [Enter].
The margin setting input display appears.
The margin can be set from 2 to 5 mm only when left justi fi ed is selected.

Enter “5” for the margin, and press [Enter].
The display returns to the character input display. •

Enter the character data and proceed to print.
The segment (cutting) length setting is restricted by the entered character data.
Set it within the range of the displayed message.
