Resident HP-GL Symbol Sets
Your printer has the following resident HP-GL symbol sets. All come
in both fixed- and variable-spaced versions, and all are scalable.
Optional Fonts
Your printer supports the following optional fonts:
n
Downloadable fonts—Include Type 1 and Type 3 host-resident
and printer-card-resident downloadable fonts and Type 42 (Post-
Script format) downloadable TrueType fonts. TrueType fonts in
HP PCL format are not supported.
n Optional Intellifont SIMM—Increases the number of PCL 5 fonts
from 20 to 37. See chapter 6, “Printer Options,” for more informa-
tion.
n
Optional Kanji internal IDE hard disk—Provides 6 Kanji fonts.
