What to Do

This procedure requires that you remove the system cover and move a jumper. For

9.4

How to View Replaceable Component
Information

This section explains how to view detailed information about the Sun Fire X4100 or
Sun Fire X4200 server replaceable components, sometimes referred to as field-
replaceable units (FRUs) and customer-replaceable units (CRUs).

Depending on the component you select, information about the manufacturer,
component name, serial number, and part number may be displayed.

9.4.1

Before You Begin

Log in to the service processor (SP) as Administrator or Operator to reach the ILOM
web GUI.

9.4.2

What to Do

1. From the System Information tab, choose Components.

The Replaceable Component Information page appears.
