1. Check the control unit for ready and proper connection.
2. Try another coaxial cable.
CAUTION:
Make sure the machine is turned Off (O) before you
connect or disconnect the power cord or other cables.
If the machine has cables other than the power cord,
you must connect them before you plug the power cord
into an outlet. You must first unplug the power cord
from the outlet when you remove the other cables.
3. Try another printer, if possible.
4. If none of these solutions fix the problem, contact your system
operator.
1. Press Stop.
2. Check that the cable is connected to the printer and to the
computer.
3. Check that the computer is powered on.
4. Check that the serial configuration parameters are set correctly.
5. Press Start. If the printer displays this status code again, try
sending a print job.
6. If the status code still displays, call for service.
