3. Lower the forms device into the printer behind the platen rod so
that the bottom metal bar enters the printer first. Align the ends
of the forms device with the slots in the frame. Continue to lower
the forms device until the device rests in the slots of the frame.

4. Look through the front bottom opening in the printer and find the
metal bar at the bottom of the forms device.
5. Grasp the metal bar with BOTH hands and pull firmly toward you
and then upward until both ends LOCK into place.
