MAIN TRANSFORMER AND CHOKE REMOVAL
AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.

DESCRIPTION
The following procedure will aid the technician in removing the main transformer and choke
for maintenance or replacement.

3/8” Wrench
7/16” Wrench
9/16” Wrench
Wire cutters
Soldering iron and solder
1/2” Socket wrench
9/16” Socket wrench
