NOTE

It is recommended to set EN-12 Auto Negotiation to OFF [0]
for the PROFINET option and for the connected port. This
will ensure that the connected ports will be set to an
optimized Link Speed with Link Duplex setting. If only one
of the ports in a link is set to Auto Negotiation ON, it can
course the ports to switch to half duplex, resulting in poor
network performance. Most switches today have Auto
negotiation set, but this can lead to a longer time to
establish a connection.

EN-13 Link Speed
