* Monthly (.2 GPH) test passed indicated by single TEST lamp FLASH.
Annual (.1 GPH) test passed indicated by double TEST lamp FLASH.
** Flashing ALARM lamp may be indication of system problem. Note lamp indicators and refer to page 6-5 for more
information
*** After test results are recorded, press TEST/RESET button. Past test passed lamp indications will be cleared. Record
results every two weeks.

Test result recording should not take place during a line leak test. See page 6-5 for lamp indications signaling a Gross,
