at Step 3 - “4-20, 2” (Net Mode)
at Step 4 - flash “LoLooP” then “AC 750” (4mA on DVM)
at Step 5 - “LO Ld” “0 lb”
at Step 4A - flash “HiLooP” then “AC 3800” (20 mA on DVM)
at Step 5B - “Hi Ld” “130 lb”
b. To calibrate the 4-20mA loop to correspond to 10000 to 1500 lbs GROSS,
a typical calibration would be:
at Step 3 - “4-20 1” (Gross Mode)
at Step 4A - flash “LoLooP” then “AC 750” (4mA on DVM)
at Step 5A - “LO Ld” “10000 lb”
at Step 4B - flash “HiLooP” then “AC 3800” (20 mA on DVM)
at Step 5B - “Hi Ld” “1500 lb”
NOTE: If the instrument is not monitoring weight (Example: Entering a keyboard Tare)
The 4-20mA will hold at the last update until it returns to displaying weight.
