Input the house number and touch

Map:
A map of that location is displayed.

p A list appears if multiple options exist, se-

lect the desired one from the list, and pro-
ceed to the next step.

10 Route calculation starts automatically.
Route calculation starts. When the route cal-
culation is completed, the map of your sur-
roundings appears. (The route is highlighted
in green or light blue on the map.)

p If you press MENU button, the calculation

is cancelled.

p After the route calculation, the system start

storing the map data around the route for
“Memory navi mode”.

p When performing a destination search with

the route already set, select whether to re-
gard the specified area as your destination
and search for a new route, or search for a
route via that area.

p Once searched for, the location is automati-

cally stored in [

Destination History].

11 Drive in accordance with the screen
and voice information.
Your navigation system gives you the following
information with the timing adjusted to the
speed of your vehicle:

! Distance to the next turning point
! Direction of travel

! Road number of the motorway
! Way point (If this is set)
! Your destination
= If you want to search for another route,

refer to Recalculating the Route to Your Des-
tination on page 51.

= If you want to cancel the route guidance,

refer to Cancelling the Route Guidance on
page 49.

p Touching the

allows you to hear the

information again.

p To adjust the navigation volume, go to NAVI

MENU.

p If you stop at a petrol station or a restaurant

during the route guidance, your navigation
system remembers your destination and
route information. When you start the en-
gine and get back on the road, route gui-
dance resumes.
